Orthodontics - Phase 1

S has a little mouth and regular teeth. Her top front permanent teeth pushed out 4 little teeth....I think a year ago. And she has an underbite. For Phase 1, she gets an expander to force her upper jaw wider...one twist per night for 2 weeks. So far it has been a bit painful. S has made good friends with the children's tylenol. Luckily, she is agreeable to the treatment, so it hasn't been a struggle.
